“Had my car towed by Lone Star after phoning AAA when my car failed to start. The tow truck operator was professional and helpful since a jump start didn’t help. They towed me to their shop, their service manager coordinated a rental, and they helped me load my groceries and two children into the rental. They replaced my starter and changed the oil and called me the next morning to pick up my car. All in all it was a good experience. Totally not thinking I left my wallet and GPS in the car, when I picked up the car it was there every dollar. Nothing was moved or rummaged through. It’s refreshing to know they are an honest, trustworthy, helpful and repaired my car properly in a timely manner. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.”
